GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS:
For one day stay price increases 50%, for 2-3 days 25% plus. Pets supplement 5-6.- EUR/day. Residental tax is included in the price of the apartment. Registration 3.- EUR/person. The price for apartment category **** is 20 % higher than price for the ***. The price for apartment category ** is 10 % lower than price for the ***. The supplement for the houses till 200 m from main beach is 10-20%. We count direction - distances by air. Prices include following services: electricity, hot and cold water, final cleaning after clients departure, change of bed linen once a week.
1. Booking: The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the reception of confirmed form which will be sent by agency after having received the deposit. Agency reserves itself the right to refuse payment that arrive more than 20 days after the availability of the apartment for the period requested has been communicated.
2. Payment: 20 % of the total renting amount ( minimum 70 EUR ), has be paid as deposit to the agency account , also by bank receipt mentioned date (point 1). Advance money is valid only for object, term and price confirmed by the agency letter. We calculate net amount - without banks costs/charges . The settlement of the rest of payment till the total amount , must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. The payment on the reception shall be accepted with cash, travellers checks and credit cards.
3. Customer's right to changes and cancellation Should the customer wish to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done in written form (email, mail, or fax). The following are examples of changes: changes to the number of customers, changes to arrival /
departure dates. Changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival
date. The first change to the reservation is free of charge, unless it entails further expenses for agency. For all further changes to the reservation, 15 EUR will be charged per change. Should a change to the reservation not be possible and should the customer cancel for this reason, the conditions for the cancellation of reservation listed below will be enforced. The following are examples of cancellation of reservation: change of accommodation unit, and all changes

within 30 days of the arrival date or during use of the accommodation unit.
the date of receipt of the written cancellation is used to calculate cancellation costs as follows: - For cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date, 10% of the accommodation price will be charged, - For cancellation from 29 - 0 days before arrival date, 20% of the accommodation price will be charged.

be charged as described above. Should the real costs exceed the above stated costs, agency reserves the right to charge the difference. Should the customer find a replacement for the cancelled reservation, agency will only charge the real costs caused by the replacement. No money will be refunded in case of earlier departure.
4. Arrival:The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 2 PM and 10 PM. In case of delay the guest must advise in time the agency. Otherwise the apartment shall be kept free till 12.00 AM another day, after which it may be rented again with the consequences for the quest written above (point 3). On the arrival, personal documents of each guest must be shown for registration.
5. Renting conditions: It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons then allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Children are considered as adults. Pets can be brought only if allowed by agency. All guests are obliged to respect the house regulations with particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet especially during the afternoon and night time.
6. Equipment of apartments: All the apartments are completely furnished and equipped with electric or gas stoves, set of kitchen ware (pots, dishes, glasses, kitchenware) running cold and warm water, fridge and 220 volt plugs. A blanket and pillow, bed linen and bath towels are available for each bed. The guest are kindly asked to bring table linen and tea towels.
7. Departure: The apartment has to be left free within 10 AM in the morning of the departure date and during the office hours. On request, agency may allow the departure during the night or during the hours that the office is closed. The apartment must be left clean, free from garbage with the kitchenware washed, the refrigerator empty and the kitchen in order.
8. Caution: The guest should take the maximum care of the apartment and of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.). Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid at the price of the purchase or of the repair.
9. Liabilities of the agency: No responsibility may be given to the agency in case of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts and inconveniences in general that should occur in the apartments. However it shall give its help to resolve the problems. Requests of compensation for damage must be agreed directly. For legal disputes only the court of Pula is competent.
10. Particular rules: Agency reserves itself the right, in case of unexpected events (illness, conflagration etc.), to change an apartment with another one having about the same standards or better. Eventual extra charges will be paid by agency. The request of an particular apartment (number, floor, etc.) will be maximum considered.
