For one day stay price increases  50%, for 2-3 days 25% plus.

      Pets supplement 6.- EUR/day. 

      Residental tax is included in the price of the apartment.

      Registration 3.- EUR/person. The supplement for the  use of air-condition

      is 4 EUR per day.

           Prices include following services: electricity, hot and cold water,

     final cleaning after clients departure, change of bed linen once a

     week.

   Bei einem Aufenhalt von einem Tag erhöht sich der Preise um 50% und bei  

   2-3 Tage um 25%. Die Zuzahlung für ein Haustier beträgt 6.- EUR pro Tag.   

   Die Kurtaxe ist im Preis des Apartments eingeschlossen.

   Die Anmeldung ist 3.- EUR pro Person einmällig. Die Zuzahlung fuer die Benutzung

   der Klimaanlage ist 4 EUR pro Tag.  

       In den Preisen sind folgende Leistungen eingeschlossen: Strom, warmes

   und kaltes Wasser, Endreinigung beim Gästewechsel und wöchentlicher

   Bettwäschewechsel.

    Il soggiorno di un giorno aumenta il prezzo del  50% e da 2-3 giorni

    del 25%. L'aggiunta per il cane è 6.- EUR al giorno.

    La tassa di soggiorno è compresa nel prezzo dell'appartamento.

    La registrazione è 3.- EUR per persona. L'aggiunta per l'uso dell'aria

    condizionata e' 4 EUR al giorno.          

              I prezzi comprendono i seguenti servizi: energia elettrica , acqua

    calda e fredda, pulizia dell'appartamento al cambio e fornitura di

    biancheria da letto, con cambio settimanale.
